Welcome to little chefs apron! Today we will make something that I have never tried before. They were delicious and I think you should give them a try! They hardly require ingredients and are a healthy version of the actual ones.
Hasselback potatoes
Ingredients:
4 medium sized potatoes
¼ cup butter
3-4 cloves garlic
Seasonings of your choice(thyme,rosemary,all purpose,salt,pepper)
Grated cheese(optional)
2 tbsp oil
Directions:
First, peel the potatoes and you can leave out some too. If you want you can use washed,unpeeled potatoes too.
Then, cut thin slices of the potato making sure that you are not cutting all the way to the end.

Now, add butter and oil to a pan and let it to melt. Crush some garlic with the back of the knife just like this and add it in.

The history of Trinidad begins in the early days of Spanish colonial rule, when in 1514 Captain Diego Velázquez founded a base for expeditions around the New World. It was from there, four years later, that Cortez sailed to conquer Mexico.
Dok sjede u sjenci verandi starih kolonijalnih kuća, obojenih plavo, žuto i ružičasto, stariji stanovnici Trinidada rado se prisjećaju priče iz najsrećnijeg perioda grada, koja se prenosi s generacije na generaciju. Događaj se zbio 1850. godine kada je brod natovaren francuskim namještajem uplovio u obližnju luku. Pošiljku je naručio Konde de Brunet, da bi opremio svoj novi dom na Plaza Major. Svi ljudi iz Trinidada koji su imali mazge bili su unajmljeni da prenesu dragocjeni teret duž puta koji je spajao luku i grad. Uveče su se svi okupili na trgu kako bi proslavili prispjeće ogledala s raskošnim pozlaćenim ramovima, postelja s baldahinima i porcelana iz Limoža. Danas su te dragocjenosti i drugi predmeti iz aristokratskih palata Trinidada izloženi u Museo romantiko u bivšoj Kasi Brunet. “Pearl of Brazil”, “Black soul of Brazil”, “Jewel of Brazil”, there are many names that distinguish Salvador da Bahia as something special among all cities in Brazil.
“Perle Brasiliens”, “Schwarze Seele Brasiliens”, “Kleinod Brasiliens”, es gibt viele Bezeichnungen, durch die Salvador da Bahia unter allen Städten Brasiliens als etwas Besonderes herausgehoben wird. Einigkeit besteht darin, dass Salvador da Bahia mit seiner afrobrasilianischen Kultur und seinem kolonialen Erbe zu den schönsten Städten Brasiliens zählt. Auf jeden Fall ist es für mich die bunteste und lebendigste Stadt, die ich in Brasilien kennengelernt habe.
