Relacionamento saudável é leve, tem comunicação e traz segurança

Pensamentos.me/VEM comigo!

Muitas inclusive dizem ” Ele foi tão bonzinho” me tratou…

Middle-o’-the Night Thoughts

Filosofa's Word

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking … most of it in the wee hours just before the sun rises around 7:00 a.m. … and my thoughts have taken many pathways, some of which I’ve written about in recent posts.  Another is the environment and how people are in denial about their own role … about the role of humans in general … in the destruction of our planet’s atmosphere.  What to do about it?

Well, last night I had a thought … advertising!  Advertising and marketing are powerful tools used mainly to sell products and increase corporate profits.  People are gullible … we believe that if we don’t use that one brand of toothpaste, our smiles won’t be beautiful, and if we don’t use that new good-scented deodorant, our friends and even our significant others will shun us.  Why do we believe it?  Because it is shoved in our…

Context, Thought, and Learning: ShiraDest Offers Project Do Better

What do we learn from season 1, episode 9, and then, my impressions of this episode?

Lessons:
1.) Sometimes, “a little knowledge is dangerous.
Charging in where angels fear to tread is plain stupid, without knowing the whole story.  Humility, it seems to me, is a combination of knowing what you might not know, and having the empathy to be able to imagine that someone else might actually know more than you do, from long hard experience.  Oh, wait, that is humility, no?
So:
Always find out the old folks hate each other!  It might be important!  Like why Derya was kicked out…
And, now we know why Faysal Bey told Leyla all of that, and why he encouraged their relationship. HakanS1e9
Duty before all.    But people are still people.
Poor Zeynep.
But it gets worse, and if he’d told her, Hakan might not risk losing…

When we cut down trees and don’t replant We are forgetting a fact that is important We depend on trees to clean the air So we should pay attention to environmental care When we make non-biodegradable material and it can’t breakdown After a while we end up with polluted air in many towns Why we……
