In the Jungle of Laws

A law is a binding custom or practice of a community. Ever since the life came into existence, a necessity was felt to maintain an order. This order transformed in due course with the changes consistently happening in the universe. In India alone, there are thousands of laws.
We have also read in schools laws of reflection, motion, acceleration, gravity, diminishing returns, thermodynamics, inertia, interaction, conservation of mass, inheritance and so on
But today, I’m going to discuss six laws in nutshell that relate to our life and work directly. These are:
1. Murphy’s Law:
It says, “the more you fear something, the more it will happen, and at the worst possible time.”

2. Gilbert’s Law:

Colourful flowers
Reprise

Flowers from different colours
Soften the weight on our shoulders
There is a flower for every purpose
Lilies, marigolds, tulips, roses
Poppies, sunflowers, China moses
Orchids, hyacinths, carnations
An infinite imagination
From all types and shapes
For all scents and tastes
Dressed up in yellow, red, green
Orange, white, blue or pink
Lying on a wild plain
Dancing in the rain
Sunbathing in the garden
Flowers for you and me
That will take us to eternity.

The new German guilt The war in Ukraine has forced Germany to ask whether decades of its foreign policy were based on a delusion — Meduza
Over the past several weeks, German politicians and journalists have debated the question of German guilt and responsibility for the war — including for the catastrophes in Bucha and Mariupol. The most difficult questions have been addressed to Germany’s president, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who has spent years cultivating a special relationship between Russia and Germany. Indeed, it’s hard to explain now why Germany, which supported sanctions against Russia in 2014 for the annexation of Crimea and the invasion of the Donbas, didn’t divest from Russian energy years ago — in fact, its dependence has only grown in recent years. As a result, Berlin, fearful of wrecking its own country’s industry, feels unable to give up Russian petroleum even now — hence Ukrainian allegations that Germany is funding Russia’s war.
