Begin your day energized with gratitude
Some things will run smoothly
Some things will be a little bumpy
Some things you can do nothing about
Pause through your day and breathe in gratitude.
Some people will try to drive you crazy
Some people will try to break you for selfish reasons
Some people will try to steal your joy
End your day celebrating with peace, courage and gratitude.

Sometimes, we can feel drained from people and the things people create that will try to tether our spirits with anxiousness, an energy source we do not want or need. While the day may not go as planned, we still have victory through gratitude, a concept many think is lame and weak, but it is strong, empowered with faith.
While at times we may not feel very grateful or happy, because of the thing(s) we feared that came to fruition, or a new set of worries that jolt us into paralysis, again. We must use this time to regroup and refocus knowing that we’ve done our best thus far, and now is not the time to roll over and play dead. What you do next to rise up out of the ashes like a phoenix matter.
We will not be intimidated by people wanting to push us back to the dark ages of doubt and depression. Nope, not today, and tomorrow ain’t lookin’ too good either. Just remember our heroic foreparents, who made some tremendous sacrifices so that we can have better opportunities now and set the stage for a richer future for generations to come. They fought a good fight, being knocked down but not knocked out, refusing to give up. We too must embue such resilience by taking a page from their playbook and improving on that.
The chaotic interruptions that create mass confusion are disruptions from corruption. Some see it clearly, while others ignore it by accepting it. We must immerse ourselves in that peace that surpasses all understanding but still roll up our sleeves at the same time, not roll over and play dead, but get to work, and know that what we may see sometimes is not always what it really is or will be. Get up, stand up, and let’s get busy!
