In the rhythm of sustenance, God’s design unfolds,
Hands signal warmth, as tales of flavors are told…
Teeth gauge resilience, a culinary trial,
Tongue hints spiciness, or bitter taste’s guile…
*
Noses detect staleness, each scent laid bare,
In this intricate system, discernment takes care…
The mind, a guardian, contemplates the blend,
Deciding if the feast suits the stomach’s trend…
*
Whether the meal’s origin is tainted or fair,
Let the heart be arbiter, honesty to declare…
A symphony of inputs, is the core to begin,
Ensuring our essence stays true from within…
*
Beyond meals too, foresee the good and the bad,
In air, water, ideas, thoughts that we’ve had…
In the realm of control, our choices intertwine,
Our essence shaped by what we choose to align…
*
In life’s grand buffet, choose with grace,
Let virtues guide, holding firm in the space…
For what we consume in body and soul,
Shapes our being, making us whole…
