MUJER – Ventana literaria

MUJER

Comprendí que la flor
es la libertad,
la mujer;

y un hada;
características sutiles de una gran mujer.

WOMEN

I understood that the flower
is freedom,
the woman;
the most beautiful melody
and the burning dew of the greatest love.

It has the color of nature,
that of summer and that of winter,
but the freshness of the wind flies with her
because the world is surrounded by its beauty.

She is a beautiful woman
and not just anyone is.
In it is the flower,
the intelligence
and that magical touch of his gaze
that just by looking at a flower, makes it eternal.

There is in it
a flower,
a dolphin
and a fairy
subtle characteristics of a great woman.

She as the Sea – Kaushal Kishore

In wings of happiness, an angel’s grace,

Morning’s greeting, a smile on her face…

Life’s present, bestowed with care,

Nature’s treasure, beyond compare…

*

Strength within, power untold,

Sky and earth, her realms unfold…

Both light and shadow, she imparts,

Softness and strength, in equal parts…

*

Limited words, yet boundless she,

A woman’s essence, vast as the sea…

Unlimited, in her mystic way,

Beyond comparison, she holds the day…

*

🌹

P.SEnjoy the feeling of being special, dear ladies, and celebrate the essence of being you.

Review: Mockingjay, Hunger Games #3, by Suzanne Collins | Context, Thought, and Learning: ShiraDest Offers Project Do Better

First, thank you for this wonderful Fan Art By David Beauchene.
Second, I guess I should summarize:  In the first two books, Katniss finds herself in the Arena as a Tribute to an infernal system designed to keep the twelve districts in line to the Capitol.  Now, she is the face of the revolt against that system.  And she is only a teenager, still.
Now, the review:  I can see, now, why people all over the world are remembering the hope inspired by the symbol of a young person refusing to surrender.Reminds me of that young man in Tianamen Square.About halfway through, I can see how her earlier comment about exceptional people being alone makes sense of something a person said years ago, and this line about a good meal

“reminding them that it’s not a mistake to go on living”

is excellent… [cont.]

Do Small Things Say a lot about a Person? | From Behind the Pen

“Do what’s right, not what is easy.”

Certain things can speak loudly about our character, whether good or not. Small things can be game-changers in our moral standing. I recently read an article about the little things that can tell a lot about a person. These things included how and by what manner one speaks, one’s hygiene, how someone treats animals and other human beings, whether they easily forgive and admit their mistakes, and interestingly, their handwriting.

I think that all of us can use a little self-sprucing up as they say, using self-improvement applications that will make us a better person and human being. Unless it’s your child or an underaged family member, you are not responsible for what grown folks do. You are accountable for your actions and what comes out of your mouth. They say, “Loose lips sink ships” but ‘loose cannons’ (someone who behaves in an uncontrolled or unexpected way and is likely to cause problems for other people) are more dangerous to me.

But as I watch and listen to people, whether in person, on the radio, or on TV, I can get the gist of the little things that make up a person’s character, whether positive or negative. First impressions can lead to lasting memories. The little things can turn into big problems and traumatic experiences. Nope, we aren’t perfect, but we are certainly in the position of showing up with our daily bowl of moral fiber and exposing that distinction between good and bad behavior that says a lot about who we are and who we pretend to be.
