The UK economy would rapidly start to contract in the event of a disruptive exit from the EU next spring, according to a stark International Monetary Fund report that highlights the recession risks of a no-deal Brexit.

Christine Lagarde, the IMF’s managing director, added that there would be costs to the UK under any outcome that involves leaving the EU.

في حيونة الانسان

حيونة الانسان

أن تكون بشرا فهذا امر خلقي. تخلق به، أي هناك بشر وهناك حيوان وهناك طائر وهناك حشرة وهناك زواحف وهناك سمكة وهناك مخلوقات كثيرة خلقت في هذا الكون الشاسع.

ولكن ان تكون إنسانيا، فهذه صفة خاصة جدا. أقرب الى ان تكون نادرة الوجود.

والانسنة فعل لا يرتبط فقط بصفة المخلوق، أي لا يجب ان تكون انسانا لتكون إنسانيا. يعني ممكن ان تكون كلبا او قطة او حوتا او عصفورا او نحلة وتتمتع بصفات إنسانية.

ويمكن بالطبع ان تكون انسانا متحيون.

يعني صفة الانسنة التي ارتبطت بتسمية الانسان، على الأرجح تكونت لان بالإنسان عقل يميزه عن باقي المخلوقات طور المشاعر بطرق أكثر حسية، وبالتالي نظم قواعد أخلاقية فصلته عن درب باقي المخلوقات الهائمة.

فما يميز الانسان الإنساني عن باقي الخلق، بما فيهم البشر هو تحكم اخلاقه بأفعاله. وهنا الاخلاق ليست لائحة من الصفات التي يتحلى بها المرء فتشكله لتعطيه الصفة.

ان الاخلاق هي المكون الأساسي للإنسانية. والمركب الأساسي للأخلاق…
