Let's talk

“Communication is one of the most important skills you require for a successful life.”

-Catherine Pulsifer

One word, just a word starts communication; and the unknown journey beings.

Communication is a skill.
It wouldn’t be an exaggeration if I called it, an indispensable part of life.

Today in my first blog ever; we are going to discuss how communication skills can be improved.

Master 7C’s
Clear (Speech)
Concise (Short & clear)
Concrete ( Fact-based)
Correct ( Grammar )
Coherent ( Logical )
Complete ( Don’t leave a topic in middle)

More Police Misconduct

CRAIN'S COMMENTS

Insurers for the Robeson County (North Carolina) Sheriff’s Office are forking over $9 million for the role of two former officers in the wrongful convictions of two intellectually disabled men in 1983. The men were exonerated of involvement in a murder by DNA evidence in 2014. Not surprisingly, their lawyers have demanded and obtained compensation for the three decades on death row. (Note: in a state like Texas, the men might have been executed before their innocence was proven.)

The DNA evidence linked the murder to another man who lived next door to where the victim was found.

The town of Red Springs agreed to pay $1 million to settle its role in this case…

Does a Mask Really Work

Adyas Diary

It has been an even more stressful time for me as many of my relatives have been in isolation or tested positive for COVID. I know that everyone is working really hard to prevent the spread and one of the best ways we can help is by wearing our masks properly. So, in this post, I thought of writing something to aware people on the proper use of a mask.
