” Muitas mulheres não exergam a violência que estão passando em seus relacionamentos. Elas sentem angústia. Mas esse detalhe mostra o direcionamento dessa relação. É importante saber identificar para sair, e em muitas situações, denunciar.

In the end, we all become a story
To you, who aided the demise of my life Fragmented and depressed my existence You caused calamity and strife Bestirred a beast in me with steady persistence. To live and give. To feel and love To crush the rocks that paralyzed me Reclaim the roots of kindness and truth Chirrup! My joyful song that drifted idly. I am a person just like you. Have tears. Feel pain What can I possibly say to you? You have no shame. How can you peacefully sleep with your devious heart Knowing that you destroyed innocent lives Today might be the day you feel like a winner When the sun comes out, the ice gets thinner. To you, who aided the demise of my life In the end, we all become a story Up from the depth of ruin and loss, I shall rise Riding on waves of glory. To live and give. To…

Not Only Food
I would normally be going to Des Moines this morning to help put together boxes of food with my Des Moines Mutual Aid friends. I won’t because predictions for heavy snow overnight would make travel hazardous. The predictions were accurate. And my brother is visiting.
The Des Moines Mutual Aid’s (DMMA) Points of Unity expresses what Mutual Aid is about. DMMA has several projects. One is the free food distribution, which the following describes. This continues the Black Panther Party school breakfast program.

A principle of Mutual Aid is to invite others into the work, mobilizing people and building movements. The statement above is given to those who come to us for food, inviting anyone to join.
One of my Mutual Aid friends asked how I became involved (long story). Then she told me she used to come because she needed food. Now she is happy she can join in…

White “Allyship”
I am SICK of my race, and I am sick of my skin colour. White people just SUCK. We are the worst group of people to EVERYONE. Even when we call ourselves “allies” so few of us are actually allies to others.
The amount of names, the amount of times I have had rape AND death threats given to me BY transphobes and mostly FEMALE. Just to see these bigots have their words spread, not questioned, not called out on it. Just to have my “insults” deleted. Oh no the poor white female transphobe, how will she feel about my insults? Her poor little feelings, oh the poor baby. Gotta protect the transphobes people.
That’s not being ally. I have been involved with trans rights now, for nearly two years. Believe me when I say, when trans people see that you do NOTHING about bigotry on YOUR page. They…
