O conhecimento é o faz parte do engrandecimento de qualquer ser humano. Não falo do conhecimento ou saber absoluto, isso é ilusório. Falo do que constitui a nossa natureza humana, política e autoritária. Todas essas razões expressas de forma singular, aumenta ou diminui a forma de como cada pessoa absorve ou ignorar a fração que multiplica ou não o conhecimento, acerca de si ou do mundo. Do your friends, family, colleagues, or individuals within your circle make you a better person? Do they make you feel alive, productive, creative, compassionate, empathetic, and humble? Is COVID-19 winding down? Scientists say no. | MPR News

They predict the scourge that’s already lasted longer than the 1918 flu pandemic will linger far into the future.

One reason it’s lasted this long? It’s gotten better and better at getting around immunity from vaccination and past infection. Scientists point to emerging research that suggests the latest omicron variant gaining ground in the U.S. — BA.4.6, which was responsible for around 8% of new U.S. infections last week — appears to be even better at evading the immune system than the dominant BA.5.

Scientists worry the virus may well keep evolving in worrisome ways.
