Let’s face it, there is a constant revolving door of things we write down to do, and it seems like that list, even if we write it on different pieces of paper is like an infinite bundle of tasks.
We make a checklist of the things we want to get done, whether for that day, week, month, or year. But I thought about the things I’ve accomplished from those seemingly endless lists over the years, and they have been too numerous to keep up with. When I become so overwhelmed by how much I think I need to do, per my trusty ‘Things-To-Do Lists’ I ruminate on how far I’ve come and where I have landed because I was and continue to be committed to completing as much as I can, that is humanly possible, as I think about those things I’ve completed.
This keeps me grounded when I might get caught up in a whirlwind of endless things I think I need to get done. Nowadays, at this point in my life, some things are not as urgent or important as I thought they were when I initially wrote them on my to-do lists. Yay to my ‘Things-Are-Done Lists’ and the things that don’t even make it on those lists. Whew!

Albania, Bhutan, Nepal, Paraguay, Iceland, Ethiopia and the Democratic Republic of Congo generate over 99.7% of their electricity from geothermal, hydro, solar, or wind power.
These countries have both modest per person demand for electricity and an easily tapped resource. For example, Paraguay shares the mighty Paraná river with Brazil and Argentina, while Iceland has volcanic heat. But some of the more industrialized countries are also making huge progress. In 2022, Scotland produced the equivalent of 113 percent of its annual electricity use. For short periods of time, Germany and California have run entirely on renewables.
Furthermore, an extra 40 countries were found to generate at least 50% of their electricity from renewable energy technologies in 2021 and 2022, including 11 European countries…
