Unpopular Tory government goes to war just before election. Sound familiar?

Tory MP Philip Hollobone about to defect to UKIP?

Pride's Purge

(not satire – it’s the Tories in meltdown mode)

Speculation is mounting that Kettering MP Philip Hollobone is going to be the next Tory MP to defect to UKIP.

If so, it would explain why UKIP have delayed announcing a candidate for Kettering.

And it would also explain why some Tory voters in Kettering have reported that they have been questioned by a polling company about how they would be likely to vote should Hollobone become a UKIP candidate.

Of course, Hollobone himself has denied he’s about to defect to UKIP.

Which means it’s a cert’ then.
