The hardest journey is the one you take from your head to your heart.

The Healing Journey is found in the path leading back from your heart to your head.

Your wellness is found in the continuous flow of honouring both, your thoughts and your feelings.

Das hört sich für mich an wie die Verbindung der beiden Kundalini-Stränge.

… This sounds to me like the connection of the two kundalini strands.

* … The Cherokee rose (Rosa laevigata) was brought from China to the Northamerican continent. There, the Cherokee grew them and spread them. It is a rambler rose that can reach a height of 18 feet. It produces a great number of small, white, fragrant flowers.

Trump Judge Rules that Machine Guns Are Legal | Diane Ravitch’s blog

To anyone who wonders if there is a difference between the two parties, here’s a big one: gun control. A Trump-appointed federal judge in Kansas struck down a ban on machine guns. He was following the advice of Justice Thomas, who made the wacky argument that if something was okay when the Constitution was written, then it’s okay now. The Founding Fathers did not ban machine guns: why should we?

Politico wrote:

Up next in the arms of school shooters: fully automatic machine guns. Trump appointee U.S. District Judge John Broomes (Kansas) ruled that the ban on owning fully-automatic machine guns that’s been part of American law since the 1930s is unconstitutional. Citing Clarence Thomas’ argument that if something wasn’t illegal at the time the Constitution was written it shouldn’t be illegal now, Broomes has set up a new case that’ll almost certainly end up before the six rightwing cranks on the US Supreme Court.

25and.me: How Does Project 2025 Affect Me? – Healthcare

Project 2025 will…

  • …reform U.S. healthcare into a free market mostly regulated by states. This means patients will need to develop more healthcare expertise, rural areas may be underserved, low-income and vulnerable populations may be underserved, sicker patients may pay more, the system may be ill-equipped to handle public health emergencies, and it could lead to an overall decline in quality and safety standards. [450]
  • …reform the Affordable Care Act. This could lead to loss of coverage, reduced consumer protections and an increased financial burden for Americans. [469]
  • …reduce funding for public health by splitting the CDC and reducing its funding. This could weaken the nation’s ability to respond to public health emergencies and address critical health issues. [452]
  • …prevent the CDC from advising that school children should be masked or vaccinated, saying such decisions should be left to parents and medical providers. This could lead to increased disease outbreaks and a resurgence of preventable diseases like measles and whooping cough. [454]
  • …tax employers on workplace benefits that exceed $12,000 per worker annually. This would lead to employers cutting back on these benefits and workers paying more taxes, and would be damaging for millions of families who rely on one working adult’s employer-provided health insurance to cover dependents, such as children. [697]

If this tax was enacted, we estimate that just based on health insurance benefits in 2022 alone: (1) More than 15 million workers would have seen their benefits taxed. (2) Their taxes would have risen by more than $12 billion if employers shifted away from benefits to other forms of taxable compensation. [link]
