Driver arrested at Yorba Linda rally against police brutality – Los Angeles Times

A woman was arrested Saturday on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon after driving her car into a crowd during a demonstration in Yorba Linda involving protesters against police brutality and counter-demonstrators, authorities said.

Two people were injured in the incident, according to Sgt. Dennis Breckner of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

One man suffered two broken legs and was hospitalized and one woman suffered major and moderate injuries throughout her body, he said.

This is a real life event that happened two years back. I still tremble remembering that day but it sure has taught me so many things that I couldn’t have learnt otherwise. This is my near to death experience; that clearly changed my way of living.


Back in 2018, when students of our college were in a week long tour to pokhara, ghandruk and many other places, we came across an accident that shook us from within.

Our college always conducted different tours for three different batches. We were on our 4th semester when this tour was being conducted. Everyone were so excited since this was our first outing from college itself. With very less expense we were about to enjoy a week long trip to major tourist places in our country. Everything was going according to plan and finally we were on the road.

Media sources continue to report, for instance, that Joe Biden’s support is “soft” among Latino voters. This is not only factually inaccurate; it ignores the history and complexity of Latinos in the United States.

U.S. Midwest sees surge in COVID-19 cases as four states report record increases | Reuters

Minnesota reported 1,418 new cases, Montana 343 new cases, South Dakota reported 579 and Wisconsin had 2,902 new cases.

In the last week, seven mostly Midwest states have reported record one-day rises in new infections — Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Minnesota and Utah reported record increases two days in a row.
