Choley Bhature

“CHOLEY BHATURE”. It particularly hails from Punjab (North India) but loved all over India. The hot, soft, fluffy though oil soaked bhatura’s with spicy and tangy chickpeas, gives you many reasons to gobble it down unthinking of how much oil /calories you guzzle. After finishing, Of course, you will give it a count.

Unlocking The Hidden Me

When you hear the name of any street food, before anything comes to your mind, your olfactory reflexes come into play and your mouth gushes in water (even writing this I couldn’t resist😋) and the very first thought that crosses by, is to just devour it any way possible.

There is a plethora of Indian street food to feast on but what I am sharing with you is “CHOLEY BHATURE”. 😉

TODAY, I am sharing with you all my mother’s recipe of this dish and let me tell you it’s rare did I eat choley bhature outside…

Limun

Benefits of Lemon

Myrela

– Za: akne, staračke fleke, neprijatan miris tijela, žuljeve i kurje oči, prehlade i grip, groznice (herpes simplex), kašalj, suva usta, masnu kosu, glavene vaši, gorušicu, štucanje, kamen u…

Podgorii în Tracia (1)

Thrace, a region that stretches over areas in three countries: southeastern Bulgaria, northwestern Turkey and northeastern Greece. Thrace is not a trivial region. You have a lot to see / see here, and autumn offers a sumptuous charm to the colors of nature.

ore de drum

Arcadia, 2017

COVID-19 hospitalizations hit record high as US braces for new surge | CIDRAP

Yesterday there were 104,600 people in the hospital for their COVID-19 infections, according to the COVID-19 Tracking Project. An analysis of federal data by the New York Times shows that more than a third of Americans live in areas that are running short of intensive care unit (ICU) beds. The analysis revealed that hospitals serving more than 100 million Americans reported having fewer than 15% of ICU beds still available.

Meanwhile, the federal government has fallen well short of its goal to shore up the country’s emergency stockpile of respirator masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE), the Wall Street Journal reported.

Global cases stabilizing, but COVID-19 deaths continue to climb | CIDRAP

The United States remains the leader in new reported infections (reporting more than 1.2 million new cases over the past week), followed by Brazil, which reported more than 295,000 cases, a 35% increase from the previous week.

The Russian Federation, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom reported the highest numbers of new COVID-19 cases in the region.

Germany saw a 3% increase in new cases and 26% increase in COVID-19 deaths. Although the partial lockdown that the country has been under for the last 6 weeks has helped slow the rise in new cases, today German Chancellor Angela Merkel supported calls for tougher restrictions recommended by Germany’s National Academy of Science, according to DW News.

The recommended measures include an extended Christmas break for schools, full closure of all but essential businesses starting Dec 24, and as many people working from home as possible. Merkel’s comments came the same day that Germany reported a record daily high of 590 COVID-19 deaths.

“Five hundred deaths a day is unacceptable,” Merkel told German lawmakers.

Translation: he got nothing – his bluster does not count when he lacks talent or good argument.

Significant gaps remain between PM and EU commission president Ursula von der Leyen after Brussels dinner

A Brexit deal must be sealed by Sunday or there will be no deal, Boris Johnson and Ursula von der Leyen agreed after a “lively and frank” three-hour summit that set the stage for a dramatic final act of the negotiations.

Despite nine months of troubled talks, “very large gaps” were said to remain between the UK and EU. The leaders said they should come to a deal or no deal outcome by the end of the weekend, with pressure on both sides to find time for parliamentary ratification.
