Oh, the weather in our area is screaming with a desire so deep for us to step outside and spend time in the great outdoors. Honey, I am all in. The benefits are invaluable, and for those of us who can spend time outdoors, do so, because its effect on our mind, body, and spirit is immeasurable. I have heard stories from people who are confined indoors for various reasons, like those in nursing care facilities or dealing with long-term hospitalization stating that if they could only go outside, they think they would recover faster or feel so much better.
