Krakow, Poland
Cracovia, 2019

A poem in Vietnamese by Lê Vĩnh Tài Translator: Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm Photography: Nguyễn Thị Phương Trâm

We're the uneducated adults hence we need polite young people We're the adults full of tradition fabricating new rules forcing a price on our children if they're perform their duties they may pay with their life We’re always the last out of the theatre because the ending always makes us cry and the children, they want to learn, they want to try we’re always ready to teach them how to make movies in four walls with all doors shut We’re afraid of nothing in this world because we know thirty-six ways to deal but just still a bit blind with languages of a foreign kind We’re people with good intentions be it the idiots adore us We don’t have any kind of weakness except we love way too…

The Night Firmament
Such a clear night
Some stars & planets show tinkling light
Scent of bread, cinnamon & fires
I’m likely not the only one who admires

BELLEZA NATURAL

By Neus Bonet i Sala
La belleza de su aroma
es absorbida a pequeños sorbos.
Pronto perecerán sus colores,
se dormirán bajo la nieve,
cerrándose un ciclo vital.
