Sometimes, finding a job that perfectly matches your qualifications to the letter can be challenging. Some jobs will have very specific requirements, and failing to tick a particular requirement automatically disqualifies you from the position. Others would have clearly written basic job descriptions that you are overqualified for regardless of your job experience.

For these positions where you are overqualified, you can still get these positions if you can address why you are applying for the listing. Here are several tips to help you out:
