Mario Benedetti – Pensamentos.me/VEM comigo!

e termino a planilha e penso dez minutos

Mario Benedetti. Amor de tarde

Primer: Why the interest in hydrogen – Darcy Hitchcock

…Hydrogen is likely to be used in three ways:

  • Added to natural gas, it can reduce the greenhouse gases associated with methane by around 9 percent. “In 2022, U.S. electricity from natural gas generated 743 million metric tons in the United States. A 9% reduction in emissions through hydrogen blending lowers emissions by 67 million metric tons CO2, all without the need to build new infrastructure.”
  • It can power hydrogen fuel cells that create electricity and clean water
  • It can be stored underground for power as needed. “As technology advances, the IEA predicts that global underground hydrogen capacity will grow by more than 200,000% in the next 30 years, reaching 1,200 TWh in 2050. That amount of energy can power 70,000 U.S. homes for an entire year, underscoring the untapped potential that lies within hydrogen…”

Conservative ‘failures’ have led to more sewage pollution, say water experts – Stigmatis News

Increased sewage pollution, urban flooding and water supply interruptions are the result of a decade of failures by the Conservative ministers, according to water experts who are demanding an independent inquiry into water be set up by the next government.

The repeated failure of the Tories to implement rules to create “sponge cities” has led to much more visible sewage pollution, more flooding and increasing instances of water being cut off for householders and businesses, they say.
