I have spent some time with your two books, admiring the beautiful and evocative paintings/illustrations.
I can see that they were truly a labor of love.

Look After Yourself ~Let’s Be Amazing~ – Belladonna’s Flashlight

Excuses will never do

Feeling sorry for yourself will never do

Procrastinating will never do

Wishing you were somewhere else will never do

Wanting to be someone else will never do

Beating yourself up because of past mistakes will never do

We are here, right now, in this very moment. It’s our fleeting chance to become whoever we aspire to be. Let’s not squander it! Seize the day, and make it count!

May has come and gone, and now we are embarking upon a season, a day, and an experience that is uniquely ours, never to be repeated.

How amazing is that?

Out of all the people who passed away in May, you are still here. This is a reminder of life’s unpredictability and a call to appreciate and fall in love with this moment. In fact, knowing that made me want to fall in love with this moment and the next.

How I’m Looking After Myself

I’m looking after myself by helping others who are less fortunate, and I hope to shine a bright light on all that I pass. Even if my light is not wanted, I still want them to feel it. My hope this weekend is to give someone joy and show them that no matter what they have or don’t have, THEY ARE BLESSED.

I invite You to share how YOU are looking after yourself this weekend! Your experiences are valuable and can inspire others.

It doesn’t matter if you are reading a book, watching a movie, spending time in silence, hanging with the fam, going on vacation, or getting a massage. I want to read about it and celebrate you.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored; your presence here is truly valued and appreciated!
