Never MY Fault! | Filosofa’s Word

Many years ago, when my children were young, they often played outside with other kids in the neighborhood.  My son, Michael, was 16 months younger than daughter Chris, and was often the source of trouble — and that’s putting it mildly.  I will never forget one day when they were playing outside, Michael came running into the house and breathlessly proclaimed, “Mom, whatever they say I did, I didn’t do it!”  Rather like giving himself a blanket preemptive pardon.  Now, does that remind you of anyone in our political world today?  I’ve often compared Trump to a two-year-old child with chocolate and crumbs all over his face, proclaiming “It wasn’t me … I didn’t eat any cookies!”

It’s one thing when we’re talking about children, cookies, and such, but it is quite another when we’re talking about a ‘man’ who will soon be in a position to wreak chaos and havoc, and ultimately put our very lives in danger!  Our friend Keith has the latest “Not Me” story …
