Um die Herren in eurem Herzen zu werden, müsst ihr all eure Leidenschaften – die guten wie die schlechten – in einem einzigen Trog der Liebe kneten, damit ihr sie im Ofen heiliger Einsicht backen könnt, wo alle Dualität in Gott zur Einheit wird.

Hört nun damit auf, eine Welt zu beunruhigen, die bereits krank vor Unruhe ist.
Wie könnt ihr hoffen, klares Wasser aus einem Brunnen zu schöpfen, in den ihr unaufhörlich allen möglichen Unrat und Schmutz werft? Wie kann das Wasser in einem Tümpel jemals klar und still sein, wenn ihr es jeden Augenblick aufrührt?

Stellt keine Forderungen an die Welt, die ihr euch nicht selbst stellt. Noch stellt an irgendeinen Menschen Forderungen, die ihr ihm nicht auch an euch zu stellen erlaubt.
