Il poeta descrive l’esperienza di veglia notturna accanto ad un compagno soldato morto. E subito si accende in lui l’amore per la vita, messa a rischio dalla guerra.

Giuseppe Ungaretti (Alessandria d’Egitto, 1888 – Milano, 1970) è stato un poeta, scrittore, traduttore e giornalista italiano. È stato uno dei principali poeti della letteratura italiana del XX secolo.

Amor é sobretudo, um traço marcado pelo cuidar, pelo se preocupar com o bem-estar da pessoa, elogiar habilidades, ouvir e entender situações que são importantes para ela. Isto entre outras coisas, o faz superar a ideia de abandono e maldade suprema. Amor é primeiramente, uma condição de quem o tem e sabe dá- lo a outrem, porque do contrário, o ser humano sem amor, regurgita tudo o que lhe é amargo.”

Amy Winehouse lived her short life in the glare of publicity and media persecution. She made many mistakes in life, not least the choice of the man she loved. Exploited, abused, and vilified, her private life eventually outshone her talent and destroyed her career.

But I won’t hear a word against her. I loved her voice, her songs, and her rebellious spirit.
