How time flies! It is another brand new year. It seem to me that just a year ago, I was riddled with covid, Baby Amelia celebrated her 1st birthday and my new journey as an author.

US President Joe Biden on Thursday suggested that Israel’s military response in Gaza has been “over the top,” adding that he is working to achieve a sustained pause in fighting. The US warned that any Israeli military operation in Rafah, where more than one million people are sheltering, with no planning or little thought would be a “disaster”.

Um grande salto atrelado ao conhecimento que, particularmente considero importante no século XXI, é sem dúvida, falarmos sobre saúde emocional. Não que não houvesse necessariamente, a necessidade de se trabalhar essa questão muito antes, sempre se teve. As angústias e inquietações do ser humano, não devem ser silenciadas em tempo algum. As dores que não são verbalizadas, de qualquer forma, sempre mostram o nosso estado emocional ( como estamos). As pessoas externalizam as suas experiências- no caso, mostra isso num ato de rebeldia ou se fecham no seu mundo, de modo, a viver aquilo só para elas. De repente, um olhar de desprazer no ar, traduz o que lhe o aflige naquele momento. O corpo fala, denuncia os nossos ingênuos disfarces.
Nos vivem em ambientes que nos adoecem, convivemos com pessoas que nos adoecem. Isso é comum em todas as áreas, seja trabalho, família e outros. E na verdade, é difícil cuidar da saúde em casos como esse. Na maioria das vezes, porque as pessoas e a rotina não mudam; a não ser quando nos identificarmos como pessoas que precisamos de ajuda; ajuda porque estamos doentes, debilitadas, incapacitadas até de exercer uma função. Esse detalhe, vale para família, relacionamentos e amizades. Há pessoas que nos adoecem não só no que tange ao lado emocional, como também no que se refere a saúde mental. Não se consegue desenvolver e manter relações saudáveis nesse nível; para que isso aconteça, é preciso que tudo esteja em ordem para que as pessoas consigam ter relações saudáveis. Creio que no fundo, nem todo mundo tem a capacidade e sensibilidade por exemplo, de se colocar no lugar dos que sofrem. Tem muita gente que ignora esse fato. Claro – entre outros motivos, evidentemente, isso dificulta para que tenhamos uma sociedade saudável; uma vez que, para se chegue a esse ponto, o ser humano precisa saber gerir melhor as suas emoções e lidar com o outro.

The Salt Lake Tribune’s story explicitly notes that this cisgender girl who has been subject to violent threats after her appearance didn’t pass muster with the anti-trans hate mob is different from the cisgender basketball player who was subject to unfounded accusations of being trans by an irate parent in late January, whose story the paper also covered in depth.

The fear and humiliation these cisgender girls are being subjected to is real, and deserves to be addressed. However, it also underscores the threats of violence that are increasingly darkening the lives of transgender people, particularly transfemmes, nationwide. If the mere possibility that a girl might be transgender is enough to spur such an extreme outpouring of rage the danger an actual transgender girl would face in similar circumstances is hard to overstate…

Severin este numele celor doi sfinți care au contribuit la elevația acest loc, contemporani cu regele Clovis al francilor, la sfârșitul secolului cinci și începutul celui de-al șaselea.
