I’m asleep in the forest
swallowed up silently by the night
I didn’t try to fight it
tired souls are whole again
covered in layers of tumulus
as for the trees
I love them as they
rustle rustle away in the breeze
there is this drunk, he’s blue and a little dark,
he asked: once upon a time, was this what I wanted?
when tiredness never touched me
I should rest on my bed
dig a hole in it
wait for the tree roots to fill it up
wait for the leaves to cast shadows over my eyes
am I growing a tree
in the middle of a forest
immersed in the embrace of my lover
and unhappiness shall never be say

Hoje, 24 de dezembro, data que antecede o Natal, eu gravei uma mensagem ao meu público, ou seja mulheres que passaram e passam por situação de violência doméstica. Confesso que fiquei elaborando algo que pudesse levar um pouco de esperança a essas mulheres que têm uma realidade não muito confortável, vou usar essa palavra aqui para enfatizar o momento, por se tratar de uma época onde as famílias são calorosas.
Todos nós sabemos que o Natal é tempo de celebrar o nascimento de Jesus, Natal é tempo renovação, de amor e perdão. Mas como falar de perdão, quando muitas mulheres são maltratadas, violentadas, levam surras de seus maridos, companheiros ou namorados? E o que é mais importante, elas também têm filhos desses homens, e por conta dos destes, ou mesmo o que tange à dependência financeira, emocional, entre outras coisas, são obrigadas a conviver com esses homens.
