More than 12,000 weekly COVID cases reported in Ohio

Ohio saw a slight increase in COVID-19 cases, with 12,262 cases recorded in the past week, according to the state health department.

It’s the third week in a row cases have increased in the state.

On Oct. 13, Ohio recorded 8,535 cases — its fewest amount since the spring — but cases have gradually increased each following week.
