Attached is a link to the speech made by President Biden to the nation on September 1, 2022 making clear his perception of the danger to democracy presented by Former President Donald Trump and the many unquestioning supporters of his blatant lies regarding the legitimacy of the 2020 election which saw his defeat and the victory that resulted in his replacement as President of the United States by President Biden. The tone and content of the speech was long overdue, in my opinion.

The midterm elections this coming November will go a long way towards proving that the American people reject the authoritarian style Trump has presented us constantly at every opportunity before, during and since he was allowed to ascend to the office.
