I miss the flavor of you
at dawn
coming to me in dreams that fill my mind
with worried images
and times, fatigued
learning more from apple seeds
I lean into the love that sits atop the mountain
and the valleys deep
where love lingers in the shadows
and in every crack and crevice of this heart
pumping crimson-colored heat
through me, like the ocean
this love
I will forever keep

Anywhere I go

Anywhere I go
There’s a blue sky
And a soft place to land
Anywhere I go
I hear birds singing
And I see colourful flowers
Anywhere I go
Silence is golden
And words are whispered
Anywhere I go
My heart is light
And my body floats
Anywhere I go
There’s love
And hope
Anywhere I go
It’s a new day
Always the beginning
Never the end.

After Paxlovid treatment, COVID-19 symptoms rarely rebound, study says – UPI.com
Despite worries that COVID-19 symptoms can return after patients take the drug Paxlovid, cases of rebound symptoms are actually rare, a new study shows.
In an advisory last month, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cautioned that COVID-19 can sometimes make a comeback after an infected person has gone through a round of the antiviral pills.

Okay, so I was looking into a song for this morning’s music post that had been mentioned by a dear friend, and as I wanted to bring a much-needed smile to his face, I was planning to surprise him with a song. And then … and then … this one popped into my head and … well, if you’ve followed this blog for a few years, you know that Stevie Wonder is DA MAN in my book, and as I listened … a funny thing happened. My face felt funny … what was wrong??? WHOA … could it be … was it possible … yes … YES … the corners of my mouth were slightly upturned … I was … SMILING! And so, I will post my friend’s song tomorrow night, but for tonight, sit back and enjoy yourself a bit of Stevie at his best!
I am told by…
