In the Jungle of Laws

Kaushal Kishore

A law is a binding custom or practice of a community. Ever since the life came into existence, a necessity was felt to maintain an order. This order transformed in due course with the changes consistently happening in the universe. In India alone, there are thousands of laws.

We have also read in schools laws of reflection, motion, acceleration, gravity, diminishing returns, thermodynamics, inertia, interaction, conservation of mass, inheritance and so on

Colourful flowers

De malinha pronta

Reprise

Flowers from different colours
Soften the weight on our shoulders
There is a flower for every purpose
Lilies, marigolds, tulips, roses
Poppies, sunflowers, China moses
Orchids, hyacinths, carnations
An infinite imagination
From all types and shapes
For all scents and tastes
Dressed up in yellow, red, green
Orange, white, blue or pink
Lying on a wild plain
Dancing in the rain
Sunbathing in the garden
Flowers for you and me
That will take us to eternity.
