Putin isn’t the first brutal dictator to make himself an international pariah. As far as I can tell, however, he’s the first to do so while presiding over an economy deeply dependent on international commerce — and with a political elite accustomed, more or less literally, to treating Western democracies as their playground.
For Putin’s Russia isn’t a hermetic tyranny like North Korea or, for that matter, the old Soviet Union. Its standard of living is sustained by large imports of manufactured goods, mostly paid for via exports of oil and natural gas.
This leaves Russia’s economy highly vulnerable to sanctions that might disrupt this trade, a reality reflected in Monday’s sharp plunge in the value of the ruble despite a huge increase in domestic interest rates and draconian attempts to limit capital flight.
Before the invasion it was common to talk about how Putin had created “fortress Russia,” an economy immune to economic sanctions, by accumulating a huge war chest of foreign currency reserves. Now, however, such talk seems naïve. What, after all, are foreign reserves? They aren’t bags of cash. For the most part they consist of deposits in overseas banks and holdings of other governments’ debt — that is, assets that can be frozen if most of the world is united in revulsion against a rogue government’s military aggression.

But on Monday, in a rare rebuke, McCarthy broke his silence and said Greene and Gosar’s participation in the conference was “unacceptable.”
“There’s no place in our party for any of this,” McCarthy told CNN.
McCarthy also said Greene should have turned around after hearing Fuentes’s remarks warming up the crowd before introducing her on stage, saying, “with that introduction, you should have walked off stage.”
“The party should not be associated, any time, any place, with somebody who is antisemitic,” McCarthy said.

The Republicans who publicly denounced Greene’s and Gosar’s appearances at the conference largely included the handful who have been more willing to denounce far-right extremism and the party’s continued embrace of former President Trump, such as Rep. Liz Cheney (Wyo.), Rep. Adam Kinzinger (Ill.) and Sen. Mitt Romney (Utah).

La gente registra y memoriza los días, los meses y los años por lo que les representa, en sus destinos y en sus vidas, y, así, las fechas se vuelven repudiadas o inolvidables y añoradas. Febrero, el más pequeño de los meses, con su invierno en el Hemisferio Norte y su verano en el Hemisferio Sur, se va en su versión anual, para nunca más regresar. Simplemente, igual que sus antecesores, quedará inscrito en el ayer, en la historia, en las remembranzas, o se desvanecerá en el naufragio de la desmemoria. NÃO É NÃO
E esse ” não” deve ser usado além do período do Carnaval. Crimes contra a liberdade sexual não podem ficar omissos. É para isso que as campanhas têm um lado importante, ou seja, alertar a mulher que é a vítima a denunciar.
A sociedade tende a reproduzir comportamentos machistas, tais como, o de que o homem pode ” ganhar” a mulher na cantada. Não pode.
A Lei n° 13.718/2018, pune prática de atos libidinosos. O homem que tocar nas partes íntimas de uma mulher sem sua permissão, ele está violando um direto. Um exemplo bastante conhecido desse tipo de crime, ocorreu em 2018, que foi o fato de um homem ejacular no corpo de uma mulher num metrô. Mas é importante ressaltar que existem diversas outras situações com consequências e circunstâncias que devem ser denunciados.

Kokos, naročito u obliku kokosove vode ili kokosovog ulja, uživa ugled posljednjih godina. Čuli smo priče o tome kako se kokosova voda koristila kao intravenozna tečnost za ranjene vojnike u II svjetskom ratu i o zdravstvenim čudima koje su ljudi doživjeli kada su uključili kokos u ishranu. Svuda gdje se okrenete čini se da se pozitivno govori o kokosu. Hajde sada da pomenemo šta još nije ni otkriveno: da kokos pospješuje moć svega čega se dotakne. Ima nevjerovatan raspon. Kada se kombinuje sa bilo kojom iscjeljujućom hranom, kokos dolazi u dodir s tim koristima i pospješuje ih. Na primjer, ako dodate kokosovu vodu u u šejk s peršunom, ona povećava sposobnost peršuna da uklanja štetne kiseline iz tijela do 50% i značajno poboljšava dejstvo peršunovih, već korisnih, minerala u tragovima.
