Since 2017, 682 Uyghurs have been detained in Egypt, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, and Uzbekistan, according to the report.   1. Thank you, Ned, for following CarolCooks2…it saddens me that we cannot practise inclusion our lives would be so much richer if we embraced and learnt about the differences between cultures

    1. I learned that from my mother’s cooking and the dozens of ethnic recipes she pick up in working class neighborhoods in Providence Rhode Island, New Haven, Connecticut and Los Angeles, California. English, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Hungarian and Mexican food taught me a lot because they all came with stories about the people she got the recipes from.

    2. Thank you – I also learned a lot about spices and how to make something from nothing – grin – as long as you had a good selection of spices.
