A Troubled World

Grounds For Hope

Is it too much to wish for peace?

For the world without violence

We have become excessively obese

With bigotry, with hate, with idleness.

This world of ours is full of troubles.

Most pips quietly take a back seat.

Some feather up own nest in cost of others

In cost of those that are beaten down and can’t compete.

Is it too much to wish for a world without poverty?

A life without brutal daily struggles

Can we, for once, embrace the whole human equality?

Empathy and kindness became a rare commodity.

Easy V/S Difficult

loveurownlife

Easy is to get place in someone’s friend list,Difficult is to get place in their heart.

Easy is to judge other’s mistakes, Difficult is to recognize their own.

Easy is to talk without thinking,Difficult is to hold the Tongue.

Easy is to Hurt someone,Difficult is to heal someone.

Easy is to forgive,Difficult is to ask for forgiveness.

Easy is to set rules,Difficult is to follow them.

Easy is to see the moon,Difficult is to see the other side.

Easy is to stumble and fall,Difficult is to get up Again.

Easy is to dream every night,Difficult is to fight for it Daily.

Easy is to see the care,Difficult is to show it every day.

Western Sahara 2021

In Saner Thought

This post will mean little to most readers….but it does to me and since this is my blog I will write on…..

I have written about the plight of the people of Western Sahara….https://lobotero.com/2018/04/30/western-sahara-update/

map of Western Sahara

My interests in Western Sahara is personal…..I was there in 1980s and fell in love with the desert and its people…..and ever since I have been watching the international tap-dance being done by the West to prevent the people from having their country back from Morocco.

According to a report from Axios, the Biden administration told Morroco that it would not reverse the Trump administration’s move to recognize Morrocan sovereignty over Western Sahara, which was Rabat’s reward for normalizing relations with Israel.

Sources told Axios that Secretary of State Antony Blinken conveyed the message to Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita in a phone call on Friday. A State Department readout of the call did not…
