Rosehip and Ginger Drink – For Health

Rosehip 100 g.
Ginger root 30 g.
Boiling water 500 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: ginger, boiling water, rosehip crushed in a coffee grinder.
  2. Peel the ginger root. Chop the root of the ginger or grate it on a fine grater if you want to add more richness to the drink.
  3. Place the rose hips and ginger in a thermos or thermal mug. Pour boiling water over, close the lid and wait 15 minutes.
  4. The drink is ready.
