Chickpea flour 150 g.
Water 200-300 g.
Spinach 50 g.
Dill 20 g.
A mix of spices to taste
Salt to taste
You can add bell pepper or tomato as well.
Cooking method:
- Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the spinach and dill.
- Chop the spinach and dill.
- Combine chickpea flour with seasoning and salt. Add spinach and dill.
- Pour in water slowly, you might need more of it or less, and stir.
- Bake the chickpea omelet in a hot skillet on both sides. Chickpea omelet goes well with vegetable salads. Serve hot or cold.
