This chapter reviews the rapid expansion of digital transformation in the education service and explores, in detail, the two main trends in digital transformation in the education service in Japan. These trends are the expanding of distance education and increasing innovation in educational technologies. The discussion further reflects on prior studies questioning the impact of digital transformation on education; it also anticipates and explores the effects of and concerns about the digital transformation in the education service. Finally, the chapter includes a discussion on how to address these concerns and maximize the digital impact. It indicates three concerns of the digital transformation in the education service: (1) poor motivation management, (2) negative effect of IT devices usage in education, (3) educational inequality by digital divide. They can be overcome by changing roles of instructors and further investment in ICT infrastructure in the education service. The discussions in this chapter give insight into how the education service might evolve after the COVID-19 pandemic. The distance education is becoming a new normal in the education service. However, the education community in general is not ready to maximize the merits of distance learning. We need to change the role of instructors from a knowledge teacher to a learning motivator and progress manager. In addition, we need more investment in ICT infrastructure in the education service to enhance educational effects. Source: How the COVID-19 Pandemic Is Reshaping the Education Service

What Kind of Problem Solver Are You?
New employees often feel under pressure to continuously provide new ideas to help innovate products and deliver new services that will help the business’s growth. However, it is not easy to generate new ideas and develop them on one’s own. A team effort is needed to brainstorm for new proposals and get these ideas working. Without it, these ideas will turn into waste, and the time spent gathering them will only be for nothing.
Fortunately, there is a good way to get ideas when a team works together and understand what kind of problem-solver each member is.
If you want to know the kind of problem-solver you are, here is a short article that can help you out.

In Covid-19 Diplomacy, India Emerges as a Vaccine Superpower – WSJ
India, China and Russia are among the nations sending coronavirus vaccines abroad in an effort to bolster ties and expand their spheres of influence.
When an Indian Navy aircraft landed in the archipelago nation of Seychelles last month, the country’s foreign minister and other senior officials lined up on the tarmac to welcome its precious cargo: 50,000 doses of Indian-made AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine.
Two weeks earlier, the Indian Ocean island nation—total population, 98,000—received a separate shipment of 50,000 doses of the Sinopharm coronavirus vaccine manufactured in China, which is seeking to make strategic inroads in a region long seen by India as part of its sphere of influence.
Covid-19 vaccines are becoming an important form of diplomatic currency around the world, as nations jockey for soft-power gains. China and Russia are touting their own vaccines, as are Western drug companies.
Now India, a pharmaceutical giant that manufactured some 60% of global vaccines before the pandemic, is joining the fray, seeking to strengthen ties and expand its influence in its neighborhood and beyond.

La Natura è il Vero Gioiello!
Cannibal gold … Our elders didn’t know about money … Money doesn’t protect us … it doesn’t create our joy. For whites it’s different. These whites are earth eaters covered in epidemic fumes.
« L’oro cannibale …

« Abbiamo torto, corrotto e rovinato … Siamo colpevoli, abbiamo tradito … Abbiamo rubato, abbiamo calunniato … Abbiamo pervertito e indotto in errore … Abbiamo sbagliato … Ci siamo tagliati fuori dalla verità, e la realtà esiste per intrattenerci. Ci nascondiamo dietro…
