Cycling plays an important for our body to stay healthy, If you ride bicycle on regular basis then you may know the benefits of riding bicycle. But who don’t ride the bicycle they may don’t know the importance of cycling. You should ride bicycle on regular basis to stay healthy.

If you go for some work for small distance say 1 to 5 kms. Then don’t use bike or car for such a small distance use bicycle. If you don’t have time to ride cycle, then you can use your cycle for small distances when you have some work.

You can ride bicycle anytime but if you are not doing exercise on regular basis then cycling is the best alternative.
