  1. And I wonder, had we managed to stop the spread of the initial Covid-19, whether the new mutation could not have been contained before it jumped countries?

    1. I guess that we should count ourselves lucky that no new mutation started here but UK’s lax effort is going to bite everyone who has received people traveling from UK on last month. If they had taken it more serious, yes it is possible that the mutation would not have happened or would have stalled out, as one did in India earlier.
