Belgium will go under a second nationwide lockdown on Sunday midnight, November 1 until December 13, the country’s Prime Minister Alexander De Croo announced on Friday. “We are going back into a strict lockdown, which has only one purpose: to ensure that our healthcare system does not collapse,” De Croo said, adding that these are the “last-chance” measures.
