the “positivity” rate of what percentage of people tested got a “positive” result rose to 12 percent, compared to the threshold of 8 percent. The change in a three-day average of hospitalized is at 11.4 percent, above the threshold of 10 percent.
The city counts show Santa Ana with 3,061 cases and 95 deaths. Following are Anaheim (2,818 and 86), Garden Grove (823 and nine), Huntington Beach (717 and 40) and Orange (629 and 15). Westminster has 301 cases and 10 deaths while Stanton has 184 and three deaths.
