Recently, another “action” group representing for-profit colleges circulated a similar kind of petition looking good but trying to protect their ability to convince adult students still eligible for student loans that their degree is a doorway to a new future but really is up to $40,000 for an Associate of Arts degree. Check the prices of community colleges – these private schools would have to be really outstanding at that price. At two-year colleges, the average cost for tuition and fees is $2,713.
